We run 30 minute cardio sessions, boxing & body weight intervals, designed to get your heart rate up in a fun & supportive environment.

Our mat pilates sessions run for 30 minutes. Our pilates coach Hayley is a passionate and qualified personal trainer and pilates instructor with extra qualifications in pre and postnatal pilates. With the benefit of a  small group you'll get personilised care at a fraction of the cost.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Every woman who wants to build  strength, improve posture, flexibility, stabilty & reduce pain. There are many modifications to suit your ability whether you want to push the boundaries or dial it back, our semi private classes are ideal.  Pre/Post natal women. Pilates is the perfect accompaniment to weight lifting.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

 Decrease chronic pain, increase strength through a deeper range of motion, improve posture, flexibilty and stability in a safe and supportive environment. If you're someone who wants to improve their lifts at the gym, pilates will do just that!
