Beginner version - 2 x 4 week training phases
Full version 3 x 4 week training phases
This program is designed to take you from beginner to intermidiate lifter.
Gym baddie is designed for the gym and each phase is progressed for you.
This is a full body strength & muscle building program with 3 and 4 days versions available.
CHIN UP DOMINATION

5 x 5 week training phases
Build strength and shape with this full body weight lifting program. Designed to help you achieve your first unassisted chin up & take you from beginner to intermediate lifter.
