Strength is essential for bone health, cognitive health, muscle, confidence, independence, and quality of life at EVERY stage of a woman’s life.
Therefore our mission is simple -WE WANT TO SEE EVERY WOMAN IN THE WEIGHTS SECTION OF THE GYM.

OUR COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Down To Lift exists for the everyday woman who wants to feel strong, capable, and confident now and for the decades ahead.

For too long, women have been sold the idea that getting older means doing less, lifting lighter, eating less, and accepting decline. We don’t believe that , and we don’t coach that way.

We coach women to:

We coach women to fuel their bodies, lift with intention, rest with intention and build muscle and bone in a way that supports real life and doesn’t feel like torture.

 

Strength training is about learning how to train safely, confidently, and consistently so your body supports you through work, family, stress, hormonal change, and ageing.

Our coaching style is to meet an individual where they’re at,  we’re calm, supportive, and practical, with a strong focus on good technique and steady, sustainable progress.
